Product Description
Zhengde Cold rolled steel coil is made from hot-rolled steel coil as raw material, which is subjected to acid washing to remove oxide skin and then subjected to cold continuous rolling. The finished product is rolled hard coil. Due to the cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength and hardness of the rolled hard coil increase, and the toughness and plasticity index decrease. Deep processing requires annealing treatment.

Strict craftsmanship

The production process of cold rolled billets is as follows: hot rolled sheet coils (raw materials) - acid washing - cold rolling - degreasing - annealing - leveling - shearing - finished product delivery.
